Terms of Use

By using Zoia Healthcare’s Marketplace, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use and acknowledging receipt of our Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed same day if received by 2pm (PST) Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Shipments typically take 5-7 business days to arrive via FedEx Ground. We can expedite shipments if needed however expedited shipping costs will be added to the invoice and paid at time of order. You must contact customer service to expedite your shipment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Our standard shipping is FedEx Ground and takes 5-7 business days for most cities within the United States. We can ship FedEx (2) day and overnight however you will need to choose these options at checkout and the additional charges will be added to your invoice.  All orders are processed and shipped by 2pm (PST).  Any order received after 2pm (PST) will be processed the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional transit days for delivery. 

If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order due to a manufacture backorder or other circumstance we will contact you via email or telephone and make arrangements with you.

Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

ZOIA Pharma ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damage & Return Policy

ZOIA Pharma has a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you received you can return and receive a full refund less shipping costs as long as the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging.  In order to return product to ZOIA Pharma you must first contact customer service at (877) 379-9760 and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

International Shipping Policy

ZOIA Pharma will ship internationally upon request however all shipments will be pre-paid and all customs and taxes imposed (ie taxes, tariffs, etc..) will be the responsibility of the customer.
